At Araca Event Merch, we want you to love your tour and event apparel; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original condition.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure the package is scanned to initiate the tracking process for your refund.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned merchandise, your refund will be processed to your original payment method or your exchange items will be shipped out within 5-7 business days.
