How long will it take to receive my event merchandise?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. For limited-edition event drops, please allow up to 10 business days for processing and delivery.
Can I return or exchange items purchased at a live event?
Items purchased online can be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn and have tags attached. Please note that merchandise purchased physically at event venues is final sale.
How should I care for my screen-printed apparel?
To preserve the quality of the graphics, we recommend washing your garments inside out in cold water and tumble drying on low heat or air drying.
Do you ship internationally for global tours?
Yes, we ship to over 50 countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
